I’m sure someone has added this already, but that diver is walking upside down on ice. The buckets are filled with air, which creates the illusion of gravity pulling on buckets of water. When I was getting certified, they always said to watch the bubbles you breathe out to tell which way is up if you get disoriented under water, since the air always rises to the surface. Those silvery shimmery places on the “floor” are air deposits trapped under the surface of the ice.

There are underwater lakes though, with their own waves and shores.

Good catch though, I’d seen this before and didn’t take note of the illusion.
