Hey maybe you’ve seen this around!? It’s the Steven Universe Volume 2 DVD cover! I did the sketch/lines and Ricky Cometa did the gorgeous colors + earth. It got tweaked for retail but I’m pretty sure this is what we turned in. Rebecca had the idea to base it on the villain shot from the extended opening that I worked on so I was stoked to revisit that idea and also do a really cleaned up drawing of the characters (I normally don’t)! I’m really proud of how it came out. ❤
