“Precipice” – watercolor & colored pencil on hot press watercolor paper

Next, from the mixed-media land of nonsensical light sources and even more nonsensical craggy cliffs…Yeah, this one’s a bit silly.  And about 95% finished- completely ran out of time to put in the final details toward the end of the semester.  I need to focus more on implying a multitude of trees instead of crudely blocking in a couple and hoping it ‘looks right’.  Companion to this piece, and there’s a third in the works!
